1st Haircut!!!!!

If any of you have seen Julian as of late, you would all agree that he was in dire need of a haircut and so we decided today would be the day! I tried to wait for his 1st birthday to get his haircut, but I simply couldn't wait any longer. My has time flown by! I can't believe he is almost O-N-E! I will save those thoughts for a different post because explaining how I feel about my baby turning one will be difficult. Back to the subject... I was very anxious, excited, terrified, overwhelmed and relieved he did not get cut during this much needed haircut. We were completely surprised on how well Julian did! He did not cry once and was for a moment sitting very still.  After seeing the pictures below, you will understand how and why he did so well.

11 Months

Just 1 more month and Julian's 1st Birthday will be here! Can someone please slow down the time???

At 11 months, Julian...

• Weighs approximately 28 lbs
• Wears 12-18 month shirts and 18-24 month bottoms (sometimes 2T bottoms)
• Wears size 5 shoe in toddlers, but need to buy size 6!
• Now has 8 teeth (8 down, 12 to go)
• Does not want to switch to whole milk just yet
• Loves to drink out of cups with straws
• Is WALKING!!!!!!!!!! He officially started walking at 10 months and 9 days ~ 4-19-2011
• His walking started out as a Frankenstein walk with arms in the air, but now his walk has turned into a drunken walk
• Since the Big Milestone, booboo's have been a daily occurence
• Still LOVES to play with cars or anything with wheels
• Has learned to dance (SO CUTE!)
• Has discovered that temper tantrums can possibly get him what he wants
• Is going through separation anxiety (hopefully a phase) and does not want to go with unfamiliar people
• Wakes up in such a great mood (His smile works as our morning coffee!)
• Is starting to repeat A LOT of words. (mama, dada, ball, papa, caca, and many other words I haven't deciphered)
• Made mommy a beautiful mother's day card with daddy's help (see picture below)
• 1 Months away from his 1st birthday!
