My First Rocket's Game

It was a very successful first Rocket's game for Julian.  Not only did he enjoy the environment, he was offered courtside (floor) seats at his very first game.  I think Daniel will be taking him to many more games in the future!

UPDATE: Julian has recently learned how to wave goodbye, is now climbing everything in sight, can stand independently for longer periods, knows how to drink out of a straw, and absolutely LOVES cars and the wheels on cars.  He is growing at rapid speeds and needs to slow down a bit because I am NOT ready for the next milestone...WALKING! He has filled our lives with OH SO MUCH JOY and every time we look at our watch, it seems as though time is just SPEEDING on by.  We are so proud and mesmerized at every little thing he does and just live each moment like its our last because we just can't get enough of our little guy.

39 Weeks In, 39 weeks Out

Once upon a time, 39 weeks ago, I held a precious baby in my tummy.  Here we are 39 weeks later and Julian has changed every bit of our lives in the best way possible. We are so blessed to have him!

9 Months

At 9 months, Julian...

• Weighs approximately 27.4 lbs (99%) and is 29 inches long (76%)
• Wears 18 - 24 month clothes and size 4 diapers
• Drinks 26 ozs. of formula and eats baby food three times a day
• Now has 3 teeth (3 down, 17 to go)
• No more creeping! Crawling has finally been mastered for a month now.
• Furniture cruiser
• Pulls up on everything
• Stands on his own for longer periods
• Learned how to climb the stairs (another gate to be installed soon :-o)
• Has taken a bigger interest in Kiwi's hair (Sorry Kiwi ~ hair grows back)
• Loves the "Hot Dog" song from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse
• Sleep has become a little inconsistent, but mostly sleeps from 7:30pm - 6:30am
• Understands what Mama means and calls me when he wants to be picked up (LOVE IT!)
• 3 Months away from his 1st birthday ~ Let the countdown begin!
