37 Week Appointment

UPDATE:

We had our 37 week appointment and were not surprised to hear that Julian is in the 86th percentile and currently estimated to be weighing 7.5 lbs ALREADY! Although the measurements are usually not that accurate, I'm willing to bet he is going to be a rather large newborn. Call me paranoid, but I insisted on confirming the sex of the baby and yes, he is still very much a proud boy (if you catch my drift).

I have progressed to 2 cm dilated and am 80% effaced. The doctor would like to monitor my progress (ugh) and we can make a determination to potentially induce when I hit 4 cm. So cross your fingers that the walking helps with this process as I am impatient to meet my chunky monkey. :)

Thanks to everyone for the encouragement and support we have received throughout this wonderful experience. It's only a couple of weeks before we meet our Pumpkin and we can't wait to share him with our loved ones (but only for a little bit)!

36.5 Weeks

Time is definitely approaching... only 3.5 weeks to go, but everyone thinks it may be sooner. :)

Now I know Julian is more than likely going to be big, we will find out on Tuesday, I believe the shirt makes me look deceivingly larger (just go along with me here).

35 Weeks ~ Whoa Baby!

I have come to the realization that my once small belly is NOT SO SMALL ANYMORE... my has this kid outgrown his living quarters. I am officially 35 weeks today and it feels like I am ready to give birth. The truth is, it feels like my tummy can't possibly get any larger, but again, I'm in for another BIG surprise. It won't be long before we meet our precious son, whom we can't wait to hold and kiss!!!!!!!!!!!!
